At Aarohi Taxi, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel a booked ride. To provide transparency and ensure a fair cancellation process for both our customers and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Periods:

• Standard Rides:

  • For rides canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, there is no cancellation fee.
  • Rides canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a portion of the total fare.

• Airport Transfers:

  • Airport transfers canceled more than 24 hours before the flight arrival/departure time will not incur a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the flight arrival/departure time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fees:

• Cancellation fees are calculated based on the proximity of the cancellation to the scheduled service time and are designed to compensate drivers for their time and effort.

• The exact cancellation fee will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation and will be deducted from the original booking payment.

3. How to Cancel:

• Customers can cancel a reservation by or by contacting our customer support team at customer.support@aarohitaxi.com or [phone number].

• Please provide the booking details, including the reservation number, to expedite the cancellation process.

4. Refunds:

• Refunds for canceled rides will be processed within [insert number of days] business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
